Detailed Terms

Return and Exchange Policy

1. Returns:

  • All returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Returns requested after this period will be rejected.
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@helvetus.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Items returned without an RA number will not be processed normally.
  • Please declare a total value of 20 USD when returning the item, as if import fees on the returns will be charged, the return will be refused.

2. Conditions for Returns:

  • Returned items are only accepted if they are in completely new and unused condition, with all original packaging and tags fully intact. Any item showing signs of wear or missing packaging will be rejected.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

3. Exchanges:

  • Exchanges must be requested within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Exchanges requested after this period will be rejected.
  • To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at support@helvetus.com to obtain an Exchange Authorization (EA) number.
  • Items for exchange will only be accepted if they are completely new, unused, and returned in the original packaging with all tags intact. Any item not meeting these conditions will be rejected.

4. Conditions for Exchanges:

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item(s) back for exchange.

5. Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be processed within 2-7 days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team immediately at support@helvetus.com. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
